Denver ABC to rebrand newscasts, weather

Denver’s KMGH-TV, the market’s Scripps Media ABC affiliate will take on two new names at the start of the November book.

The station, which currently brands as “7 News” for its newscasts and “Storm Station” for weather, will become known on air as “Denver 7” and “First Alert Weather.”

The change will also include an update to the news graphics package and logo as well as a new anchor desk on the station’s existing Devlin Design Group set.
