2018 NAB Show Preview: Field production including bonded cellular solutions

The 2018 NAB Show begins in just days at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Ahead of the 2018 NAB Show, LiveU announced a new portable unit, the LU600, which enhances video quality, reliability, speed, video performance, low-latency, and more.

The product also includes 4K SDI offerings and built-in global roaming capabilities.

Quicklink will showcase its studio-in-a-box solution, designed for remote productions.

TVU Networks

Central Hall — C1707

TVU Networks will introduce a cloud-based video production solution at NAB along with a new mobile transmitter and Panasonic integration, among other updates.

VidOvation

Central Hall — C6906

VidOvation will highlight a new video uplink system known as the Aviwest Pro380 Series, placing a H.265/HEVC bonded cellular encoder and transmitter into a compact design.
