NBC Nightly News is broadcast and entirely controlled by 30 Rock Studios and someone had the wrong graphic up in the Pinnacle character generator and/or the TD took the wrong graphic. I personally know the presumed parties and they're very, very professional. This is not intentional and it is likely that someone changed something while the correct graphic was on the air, or just as it was going to air. At 30 Rock, they have access to all news graphics with the all Pinnacle systems, so someone may have sent something to air that they only intended to preview. This was a studio error.
