IntoNow to power ABC debate polls
For this weekends ABC News Presidential Debate, Yahoo’s IntoNow will power the polling through its app.
The app will allow for real-time feedback for candidates and questions asked. This also marks one of the first outings for the new ABC News/Yahoo! partnership.

CNN’s new angle dizzying

The New York Daily News has a review on how CNN is making use of its new Atlanta studio — and it isn’t overly flattering.
“After watching for a few days, I’m certain that someone there must own stock in Dramamine,” writes the paper’s Richard Huff, referring to the network’s use of wide, sweeping shots.

’10 Connects’ brand reaches beyond one-way newscasts

The St. Petersburg Times has a profile on WTSP-TV’s new newscasts brand “10 Connects.”
The format, which debuted in October, includes strategies such as live chats during the news and airing of viewer-submitted video clips and while newscasts can attract up to 150 chatters, it remains to be seen if the strategy will work in the coming year, which is bound to be challenging.
