Imagine Communications expands multiviewer portfolio for live and cloud workflows
Imagine Communications will present its expanded multiviewer portfolio at the 2026 NAB Show, scheduled for April 19-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company’s booth will feature multiviewers designed for monitoring in live production, playout, master control, and over-the-top (OTT) environments, supporting on-premises, hybrid, and cloud deployments.
The portfolio includes Prismon, a software-defined multiviewer and audio/video monitoring platform introduced to the Imagine lineup after the company’s 2025 acquisition of Pixel Power. Prismon supports thousands of signals across multiple mosaics and integrates IP and SDI workflows, including ST 2110, ST 2022-6, and OTT sources. It offers a centralized Control Center for managing displays from a single interface and has sold over 1,400 picture-in-picture licenses since joining Imagine.
The SNP Multiviewer, optimized for live production, is based on Imagine’s Selenio Network Processor platform. It supports ultra-low latency, native ST 2110, real-time UHD rendering, and flexible HDR/SDR processing. The SNP Multiviewer is used in various sectors such as mobile production trucks, houses of worship, and sports venues.
Steve Reynolds, CEO of Imagine Communications, stated that the combination of Prismon and the SNP Multiviewer addresses the need for visibility and fast diagnostics in workflows managing multiple signals and formats with lean teams. The products provide scalability for cloud-based and large-scale playout operations alongside responsiveness for live production.
At the NAB Show, Prismon will be demonstrated on a 26-foot-wide, 6.5-foot-tall HD multiview display mounted above the Imagine booth. Attendees can view hands-on demonstrations of both Prismon and the SNP Multiviewer at booth N1328 in the North Hall.
