NBC Sports Boston sets Patriots coverage lineup for 2026 season

NBC Sports Boston is expanding its New England Patriots coverage for the 2026 NFL season with live gameday programming, five weeknight shows and a slate of digital and podcast content.

The network’s regular-season coverage begins Sept. 9, 2026, when the Patriots visit the Seattle Seahawks in a rematch of Super Bowl LX.

NBC Sports Boston will begin coverage at 6:30 p.m. with a 90-minute “Pregame Live,” hosted by Michael Holley alongside Patriots insiders Tom Curran and Phil Perry. Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer and other contributors also will appear throughout the season.

NBC’s “Football Night in America” begins at 7 p.m. on NBC10 Boston, followed by Patriots-Seahawks at 8 p.m. as NBC opens its 21st season of “Sunday Night Football.”

NBC Sports Boston will continue its coverage after the game with “Postgame Live,” featuring Holley, former Patriots linebacker Ted Johnson, Curran and Perry. The show will include immediate analysis, field reports, locker room coverage and postgame news conferences.

The network also will air Patriots programming at 6 p.m. Monday through Friday as part of its “6 O’clock Kickoff” lineup.

Mondays will feature “The Breakdown,” beginning Sept. 14, 2026, with Perry and Johnson reviewing the previous game and examining key plays and turning points.

A television version of “Tom Curran’s Patriots Talk Podcast” airs Tuesdays beginning Sept. 1, with Curran joined by rotating guests to discuss Patriots and NFL storylines.

“The Quick Snap” returns Wednesdays beginning Sept. 2. 2026. Former Patriots captain David Andrews and former quarterback Brian Hoyer will provide analysis and perspectives drawn from their time inside the team’s locker room.

Curran’s “Quick Slants,” now in its 17th season, continues Thursdays. The program returned Aug. 20 and focuses on Patriots news, analysis and reporting.

Fridays will feature “Next Pats Podcast” beginning Sept. 4, 2026. Perry hosts the television adaptation of his podcast with guests discussing the Patriots, player development and broader NFL topics.

NBC Sports Boston also will continue covering the team throughout the week on NBCSportsBoston.com, its social platforms and YouTube channel. Coverage will include breaking news, practice updates, analysis, features and on-demand video.

The network’s podcast lineup includes “Patriots Talk with Tom Curran,” “Next Pats with Phil Perry” and “The Quick Snap with David Andrews and Brian Hoyer,” with episodes available on major podcast platforms and NBC Sports Boston’s YouTube channel.
