Former CNN anchor Don Lemon has announced the official launch date for his independent digital show.
“The Don Lemon Show” will launch March 18, 2024, on X and YouTube. An audio version will be available via Apple Music, Spotify and iHeartRadio.
Lemon’s March 8, 2024, post announcing the premiere also included what appears to be the show logo.
The oddly-spaced design features “Don” in black and “Lemon” in yellow. The far right vertical of the”N” in Lemon’s last name is extended upward while a speech bubble with three dots is tucked up against the diagonal in the same letter.
The words “The” and “Show,” meanwhile, are placed above and below all of this.
Overall, the design lacks the sophistication of the the show by the same name that Lemon hosted briefly in 2022 on the now-shuttered CNN+ streamer.
That design used a much more refined look to offer a nod to a “slice” of lemon.
In late February 2024, it was reported Lemon received a $24.5 million exit deal from CNN, which the network denied to NewscastStudio.
