WGN-TV, The CW affiliate in Chicago has created a “promo” that spotlights viewers’ complaint letters.

As anchor Larry Potash casually strolls around the station, he reads viewer’s letters, including his “favorite” that inspires the station’s newest “slogan” — “The highest rated morning show that nobody f#@king likes.”
