Riedel Communications appoints Lutz Rathmann as CEO

Contributed Content / Press Release August 27, 2026

Riedel Communications announced changes to its leadership and global go-to-market structure, effective Jan. 1, 2027.

Lutz Rathmann will become chief executive officer, overseeing both the Product Division and Managed Technology Division.

At the same time, Anthony Zuyderhoff will assume the role of chief commercial officer, leading the company’s unified global go-to-market organization. Jan Eveleens, current CEO of the Product Division, will retire at the end of 2026.

The reorganization aims to bring the Product Division and Managed Technology Division into closer alignment. Both divisions will maintain their teams and market focus while collaborating more closely across the business. The company will also unify sales, service, support, and marketing functions under shared go-to-market leadership.

Rathmann has held senior roles at Riedel, including vice director of global events and head of project management. Since 2020, he has led the Managed Technology Division, expanding business opportunities and advancing solutions for international events and live productions.

Zuyderhoff, previously executive director of global sales, will lead the new go-to-market organization to coordinate customer-facing functions and enhance collaboration across products and services.

Thomas Riedel, group CEO, said Rathmann and Zuyderhoff bring complementary expertise to the company’s leadership. He also thanked Eveleens for his contributions and noted that he will continue to provide consultancy support.
