MSNBC to “refresh”

TVNewser is reporting MSNBC will debut a new graphics package tomorrow that is a “refresh” from its current package. Early reports also say the ticker will remain.

This is probably in anticipation for MSNBC going HD later this year.

    Didn’t they just refresh the package when they moved to 30 rock just a year ago?
