ABC World News Tonight” anchor David Muir was also in Wilmington, with a row of boarded up buildings and tarps behind him. 

Muir sported a bright blue ABC News windbreaker-style jacket and appeared to stay rather dry and out of the wind — likely due to being under some kind of shelter.
