Monumental Sports Network opened its headquarters and broadcast facility in downtown Washington, D.C. in early 2024. The two-story, SMPTE 2110 facility includes two studios, five control rooms and advanced IP infrastructure designed to support higher-quality video and future upgrades.

The facility featured LED video walls, RED 8K cameras, Ross robotics and extensive audio-over-IP capabilities, enabling the network to produce pre- and post-game shows, live coverage and original programming.

The opening followed Monumental’s full acquisition and rebrand of NBC Sports Washington, part of its shift toward a digital-first media platform. The network also expanded its streaming availability and direct-to-consumer memberships, offering live and on-demand access across multiple devices. By the numbers, the project included more than 1 million feet of installed fiber, 1,200 square feet of LED displays and enough cabling to stretch from Washington to New York.
