NBC News Digital’s Today.com has been honored with the 2013 EPPY Award for Best Redesign/Relaunch.

The site won the award in the website category for 1 million unique monthly visitors and over.

Today.com’s redesigned website launched earlier in 2013. It was built to highlight editorial content, promote continuous consumption and share stories with ease, according to a statement issued by the network.

The 18th annual Eppy Awards were announced on Oct. 30 by Editor & Publisher. E&P’s EPPY Awards honors best media affiliated websites across 30 categories, in addition to categories for excellence in college and university journalism.
