“NBA on Prime” launched with the NBA’s 2025-2026 season. For wrap-around coverage, Amazon Prime Video built a 13,000-square-foot, two-story studio inside Stage 11 at the Amazon MGM Studios lot in Culver City, California.

The space includes a regulation half court made of high-resolution LED panels and more than 2,300 LED tiles that allow the environment to shift instantly between NBA arenas, cityscapes and data displays.

Designers created separate areas for pre-game and post-game programming, with the main desk on an upper mezzanine and a lounge-style set on the ground floor. The overall project creates an “NBA House” that feels casual and comfortable while showcasing advanced broadcast technology.

The facility includes 22 cameras, cinema-style lenses and automated camera systems to support demonstrations on the court.

Although the studio is designed for “NBA on Prime,” it was built to support other sports properties in the future, such as “Thursday Night Football.”
