Cable networks using SOTU countdowns

MSNBC and Fox News are both running countdown clocks to tonight’s State of the Union address — with CNN only airing a “Coverage starts tonight” box as of this writing of this post.

Fox News is using the promo box that it added to its graphics package to the right of the insert graphics that were part of its September 2017 overhaul.
