Brian Williams apologizes to N.H.

After eliminating the state of New Hampshire from its fullscreen map Monday evening, “NBC Nightly News” apologized to viewers Tuesday while copping to the error.

Anchor Brian Williams issued a personal apology while also giving the state a chance to shine by offering up some interesting facts about the state…

The error, by the way, caught the attention of U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte, who tweeted about the slipup:
