Bloomberg using spam subject lines for headlines?

A sharp eyed viewed noted an interesting headline in the sidebar “ticker” on Bloomberg yesterday.

In the middle of headlines about Ebola funds and Mutsui profit forecasts was the line: “This could be the best excuse ever for cheating on your partner.”

No other explanation or information was given about the “story,” which bears a striking resemblance to a spammy email subject line.
