The show’s musical cues, written by Scott Icenogle and Lior Rosner blended bars of Christmas carols with the show’s familiar musical signatures inspired by the original theme song written by Jonathon Wolff.
While the new version’s “jazzy” theme music was used as normal, the opening title sported blinking ornaments and a message reading “Peace on earth and good Will … & Grace” was displayed after a short series of behind-the-scenes clips.
