Chicago TV stations run full credits on New Year’s Day

WLS and WBBM in Chicago both ran full credits at the end of their New Year’s Days broadcasts.

WLS ran its credits over a video montage of fireworks from the city’s New Year’s Eve celebration, while running a modified cut of its normal “Eyewitness News” theme music by Frank Gari.

WBBM, meanwhile, opted to use “We Are The Champions” by Queen set against a computer generated background of fireworks.
