- Vertical video hub: Peacock will add a dedicated section focused on vertical video offerings later in the summer.
- NBA vertical video: Building upon its existing vertical video features, Peacock will introduce real-time cropping using AI to showcase live NBA events on mobile devices. The feature is expected later in the spring and NBCU says it will mark the first time an entertainment app will offer full live broadcasts in the 9:16 ratio.

The offerings will allow advertisers to “engage passionate audiences and turn cultural connection into business impact, with interactive moments such as Cohen’s avatar referencing the brand as part of the experience.”
Peacock will also use grow its use of vertical video through a dedicated hub and leveraging AI to create a 9:16 live stream of NBA games. Launching in beta, the offering will be part of the existing Courtside Live experience, which includes multiple camera angles, multiview and other features.
