NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises has announced full details about its Upfront slate.

Telemundo is planning an “integrated” Upfront presentation at Radio City Music Hall in New York City along with corporate cousin NBCUniversal, with a focus on the scale and influence of the Latino audiences in the U.S.

Telemundo is using its coverage of the FIFA World Cup as a centerpiece of its Upfront presentation, noting it will offer all 104 matches across Telemundo, Peacock, Universo, and digital starting in June 2026. An additional 700 hours of live related programming is planned.

“We are entering one of the most important moments in our company’s history, anchored by the FIFA World Cup and a content portfolio that reflects the full scale and influence of the Latino audience,” said Luis Fernández, chairman, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, in a statement. “We are not just delivering content and capturing viewers — we are building fandoms, creating cultural moments and connecting audiences across every platform.”

Telemundo is also highlighting that more than 70% of its schedule is live, spanning genres such as sports, entertainment and news. Its goal is to create “culturally relevant moments” that drive engagement for Latino audiences.

Telemundo is part of NBCU’s One Platform, which is designed to empower marketers with comprehensive reach, measurement and analysis across linear, Peacock, mobile apps, FAST and social media.

“For over two decades, Telemundo has been a true competitive advantage for NBCUniversal, reaching one of the fastest-growing audiences in America and shaping culture in real time” said Mark Marshall, chairman, global advertising and partnerships, NBCUniversal, in the statement. “This Upfront, that advantage is defined by the breadth of its slate and the power of live. From breaking news and tentpole sports, like the 2026 FIFA World Cup, to high-impact entertainment and fan-favorite franchises, Telemundo delivers culturally resonant moments at scale, creating meaningful opportunities for brands to connect with audiences in ways that drive engagement and impactful results.”

For the upcoming 2026-2027 television season, Telemundo is focused on building on its most popular scripted franchises:

  • “La Reina del Sur” (Season 4): Kate del Castillo returns as Teresa Mendoza, one of the most iconic characters in Spanish-language television. Four years after leaving her past behind, Teresa has built a new life—until tragedy forces her back into a world she tried to escape, confronting a powerful criminal network and the dangers that come with it. Surrounded by corruption, shifting alliances and unseen enemies, she embarks on a relentless pursuit of justice that will test her limits and redefine her legacy. Based on the novel by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, La Reina del Sur redefined the genre and helped establish Telemundo’s Super Series franchise, breaking viewership records and delivering one of the most-watched finales in television history, regardless of language. With its highly anticipated return, the series remains one of Telemundo’s most powerful and enduring franchises.
  • “El Señor de los Cielos” (Season 10): Season 10 marks a return to the saga’s roots, revealing Aurelio Casillas as a man powerful enough to conquer the world, yet unable to control himself. After disappearing from his family’s radar, he resurfaces to reclaim his empire and reassert his legacy, pushing the limits of power and loyalty as he crosses a line that could cost him everything. Since its debut, Rafael Amaya’s portrayal of Aurelio Casillas has become one of the most recognizable in Spanish-language television, anchoring a franchise that has captivated audiences for nearly a decade. Known for its high-stakes storytelling, complex characters and cinematic production, El Señor de los Cielos remains a defining series for Telemundo—reinforced by a milestone tenth season that further cements its status as a flagship property.
  • “Sin Senos Sí Hay Paraíso”: One of Telemundo’s most successful and enduring franchises returns with a bold, contemporary vision, led by Carmen Villalobos as Catalina Santana alongside Majida Issa, Catherine Siachoque and Gregorio Pernía. Building on the legacy of Sin Senos, the new chapter finds Catalina pulled back into a dangerous criminal underworld as she fights to protect her family and confront new and familiar threats. As long-buried secrets resurface, Catalina must navigate shifting alliances and escalating danger, while the return of her greatest adversary, Yésica Beltrán “La Diabla,” threatens to destroy everything she has fought to rebuild — raising the stakes in one of Telemundo’s most defining series.

The network will also showcase new original series in its upcoming schedule.

  • “Unidad de Vida”: After her mother’s death, Gabriela Serrano, a brilliant medical resident, returns to Florida to confront her estranged father and a powerful hospital system facing corruption and crisis. As tensions rise and the institution becomes a battleground, she must navigate high-stakes decisions, complex alliances and a relentless fight to prove herself in a world driven by power and ambition. When unexpected events force Gabriela into a defining leadership role, she is pushed to her limit-facing choices that will shape not only her future, but the fate of the institution itself.
  • “Hot Sur” (working title): The American dream turns into a nightmare for María Paz, an immigrant who believes she has found stability—until she is wrongfully accused of a crime that upends her life. Forced to navigate a corrupt and discriminatory system, she must fight to survive while seeking the truth behind the events that shattered her world. As she pushes beyond the limits of the justice system, María Paz forms unexpected alliances and risks everything in a relentless pursuit of justice—driven by survival, resilience and the need to reclaim her identity.
  • “Uno Contra Todos”: Eduardo “Lalo” Gutiérrez, an honorable public defender, is wrongfully imprisoned and thrust into a maximum-security prison where he is mistakenly believed to be a powerful drug lord. Forced to maintain the illusion to survive, Lalo must navigate a brutal environment where perception is power, and the truth could cost him his life. As the line between reality and deception begins to blur, Lalo is drawn deeper into a dangerous game of survival—forming uneasy alliances and making impossible choices that will define his fate.

The network will also spotlight its selection of unscripted programming and franchises:

  • “La Casa de los Famosos”: The multiplatform reality phenomenon La Casa de los Famosos returns with a new cast of fan-favorite celebrities living in complete isolation from the outside world. The series delivers an unfiltered, 24/7 viewing experience across platforms—including its wildly popular 24/7 live stream—powered by more than 100 cameras capturing every moment. As alliances form and rivalries intensify, audiences ultimately decide who will be crowned the winner of Telemundo’s highest-rated reality series.
  • “Top Chef VIP”: This franchise brings together celebrities in a high-stakes culinary competition judged by three renowned Latino chefs. Hosted by acclaimed actress Carmen Villalobos, the series combines skill, pressure and personality as contestants compete for the title and a $200,000 prize.

Living in isolation, competitors face intense daily competition until one is crowned champion.

Beyond linear, Telemundo will also preview its efforts to offer new unscripted formats across multiple platforms:

  • “Operación Triunfo”: Hosted by Mexican actress, host and media personality Natalia Téllez, Operación Triunfo is a global music competition where a group of young artists live and train together at an academy while being filmed 24/7. Each week, they take the stage in high-profile live gala concerts, performing solo and in groups as they compete for the opportunity to launch a professional music career. Guided by a panel of judges and industry mentors, contestants are evaluated on their talent, growth and performance, while audiences play a key role in determining who advances. Blending artistic training, real-life moments and top-tier musical performances, the series delivers a compelling journey of personal ambition, creativity and transformation.
  • “House of Villains” (Juego de Villanos w/t): House of Villains brings together some of the most notorious personalities from Spanish-language reality TV in a high-stakes competition built on strategy, conflict and survival. Living under one roof, contestants must navigate shifting alliances, outmaneuver their rivals and adapt to an ever-changing game where trust is limited and every move has consequences. Through a series of physical, mental and social challenges, they compete to avoid elimination and gain control of the house. In the end, only one will rise above the rest to claim the title of ultimate “Supervillain” and a cash prize.
