WCBS will remain the official broadcast home of the New York Jets under a multiyear extension of the organizations’ partnership.

The agreement continues a relationship that has lasted nearly three decades and includes exclusive local television coverage of all three Jets preseason games, weekly in-season shows, original team programming and additional content throughout the year.

“For nearly three decades, CBS New York has been a trusted partner in helping us connect with Jets fans across the region,” Jets President Hymie Elhai said in a statement. “This extension builds on that longstanding relationship and allows us to deliver even more access, insights and exclusive content to our fans.”

CBS New York will carry the Jets’ three preseason games beginning Friday, Aug. 14, when the team hosts the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, at 7 p.m. ET.

The Jets will visit the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at 7 p.m. ET Friday, Aug. 21, before facing the New York Giants at 7:30 p.m. ET Friday, Aug. 28.

Ian Eagle and Anthony Becht will call all three games, with Otis Livingston and Caroline Hendershot reporting from the sidelines. The games will air on CBS New York and stream on Paramount+.

During the regular season, CBS New York will continue carrying Jets-focused programming including “Jets GameDay,” “Jets Late Night” and “The Official Jets Podcast.” The podcast will also provide year-round coverage of the team.

The partnership includes behind-the-scenes programming produced by 1JD Films along with other original and special content.
