The PGA Tour unveiled its new PGA Tour Studios in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with seven purpose-built broadcast studios designed by Jack Morton.
Construction on the facility began in 2022, with the goal of creating a state-of-the-art production hub for golf coverage. The studios range in size from 300 to 2,300 square feet, each with a unique personality but unified by a shared design language.
Inspired by the sport of golf and the Tour’s branding, the designs incorporate curved architectural gestures and a mix of natural materials like wood and stone alongside modern finishes such as carbon and graphite. The overall aesthetic balances nature and technology, echoing the dual character of the sport itself.
Studio 1A, the largest space, serves as the flagship, equipped with curved LED walls, mobile display totems and an immersive LED floor shaped like a golf course. The studio features advanced virtual production capabilities, including robotic cameras and virtual set extensions.
All studios offer multiple talent positions and flexible setups to support a wide range of storytelling and coverage. The facility represents a major investment in the Tour’s broadcast future, offering new tools to elevate its presentation of the game.
