A tipster sent us this screen grab of the Fox Chicago studio camera, showing the station’s 1997 set being dismantled.
According to the tipster, WFLD-TV will be getting the standard “Blyth-Fox-in-a-can HD set” and adds the news is currently originating from the newsroom. The set has already been refreshed several times, including getting the standard Fox O&O anchor desk and new duras to match the graphics packages, so it will be interesting to see what changes come this time.
For now, it seems the Web cam has been “frozen,” but the station also links to other Fox O&O studio Web cams (not all of which work).
