At about 1:44 p.m. Central Time, MSNBC tweeted that it is experiencing “rendering problems” with its website and directed users to BreakingNews.com and its accompanying Twitter account for the latest headlines.

Since MSNBC owns BreakingNews.com, this is a great solution for when (inevitability) some part of technology breaks.
