News Press & Gazette Company and Internet Broadcasting have expanded and extended their agreement.

“We’re pleased to have earned the opportunity to work with NPG’s new stations,” said Elmer Baldwin, President and CEO at Internet Broadcasting. “Collaboration and trust have been hallmarks of this relationship since it began, and we are grateful to see it continue to grow and flourish.”

Under the deal, IB will continue the course and provide digital publishing, content and advertising to the station group. The deal also encompasses NPG’s recent purchases, KEYT-TV and KMIZ-TV. Neither station has rolled out IB sites, but new sites are expected.

“IB’s service and innovation help drive the success of our digital businesses,” said David Bradley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at News-Press & Gazette. “It was an easy decision for us to expand the relationship to include our new properties.”
