Telemadrid turned is sprawling news studio into a festive scene in honor of Chinese New Year thanks to augmented reality.

The network, which frequently features augmented reality segments, used a wide shot of the studio and filled the space with virtual lanterns, dragons and other traditional Chinese festival decorations.

Telemadrid previously used augmented reality to flash back to 1989 to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
