Telestream expands Vantage integration with Adobe Premiere and Frame.io
Telestream announced expanded integration of its Vantage media workflow platform with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, and Frame.io. The company said the new capabilities eliminate manual tasks and workflow bottlenecks by connecting creative editorial directly to enterprise automation.
The updates enable editors to submit sequences from Premiere into Vantage workflows without leaving the editing environment. Vantage then manages rendering through Adobe Media Encoder, applies metadata and delivery rules, and routes proxies and deliverables to Frame.io for review and approval.
Telestream said this approach removes the need for manual exports, watch folders, and disconnected handoffs. The integration preserves Adobe Media Encoder’s rendering fidelity while adding centralized monitoring and metadata continuity across facilities.
The Frame.io connector has been rebuilt on a new API architecture to maintain support for legacy versions while enabling migration without workflow disruption. The connector also supports new metadata features for more advanced review and approval automation.
Rich Andes, vice president of product management at Telestream, said the integration allows media organizations to maintain creative control while improving operational efficiency. He said editors can focus on storytelling while Vantage ensures assets are rendered, validated, and delivered correctly.
Telestream will demonstrate the integrated workflow at NAB 2026 in the West Hall at booth W1503.
