TMT Insights unveils proactive AI model for media supply chains

Contributed Content / Press Release April 14, 2026

TMT Insights, a company specializing in professional services and software development for the media and entertainment industry, has announced the launch of TMT AI, which will be featured at NAB Show.

The new platform introduces a proactive intelligence model designed to integrate artificial intelligence directly into media supply chain workflows. Unlike reactive AI tools, TMT AI functions as a continuous intelligence layer that observes, learns, and acts across systems, jobs, and assets.

Brett Beers, chief of architecture and innovation at TMT Insights, said the system anticipates operational needs and corrects issues automatically. “With TMT AI, we are embedding intelligence directly into the fabric of media operations. It anticipates needs, corrects issues automatically, and continuously monitors workflows to improve efficiency across the supply chain,” Beers said.

TMT AI’s core capabilities include anticipating requests by using operational data and user behavior to suggest next-best actions before users engage, reducing repetitive tasks and accelerating execution. It also provides smart corrections by identifying and resolving profile conflicts, metadata mismatches, and rights violations in real time.

Additionally, the platform offers self-healing workflows that continuously monitor system activity to detect and resolve issues such as stalled jobs and processing anomalies, applying automated fixes to maintain operational continuity.

The system is designed to reduce manual interventions, prevent disruptions, and improve overall operational flow. As TMT AI learns from each interaction, it aims to help media organizations operationalize AI at scale.
