Dish Network and Gray Media have signed a new multi-year retransmission agreement that ends a blackout across 113 markets.
The blackout began back on March 10, 2026, which meant all 226 of Gray stations carried by Dish have been unavailable for about seven weeks.
At the time, both sides pointed fingers at the other, with Gray saying Dish would not pay fair retransmission fees and Dish saying Gray was seeking what it called unreasonable rates.
The blackout also included accusations that Dish was still offering one of Gray’s CBS stations to hotels using its Smartbox service.
As is typical with such contracts, terms of the new deal were not announced
