With the start of the 2023 MLS season, Apple TV+ joined as a broadcast rights partner, creating a broadcast facility at NEP Group’s Metropolis Studios in New York City.
MLS on Apple TV+ has three studios and multiple control rooms at Metropolis, serving wraparound shows like “MLS Countdown” and MLS Wrap-Up” along with “MLS 360.” The primary studio measures nearly 7,000 square feet with two large LED displays while the secondary studios are designed for additional programming needs and broadcasts in Spanish.
