Not sure when it launched, but KMBC-TV in Kansas City, Mo., has an interesting new weather page online.

The design is very Web 2.0 and a bit European — with rounded corners, tightly spaced text and a clean look. The site seems to make heavy use of Microsoft’s Silverlight platform, which, to quote Microsoft is “a cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in for delivering the next generation of .NET based media experiences and rich interactive applications for the Web.”

The homepage seems a bit cluttered with not one element really dominating. What are your thoughts? Share them in our forum.
