I think news sets are far too cartoony looking and contribute to the decline of local news. Do all these monitors serve a function? Could anyone really live in a room that saturated with color? In the future, newscast that spend less money on over-the-top sets, multiple anchors and heavily animated this and that and return to informing the public — or die.
