West Palm Beach’s WPEC-TV recently introduced a new talent bio page, something that’s a staple of almost every TV news station Web site out there.

This page, while not revolutionary, is a great example of an effective way to present bio pages.

Down the left column are group shots with each show’s anchor team, which is an effective way to brand anchor teams with their respective shows. Viewers can learn more about each individual anchor by clicking his or her photo in the right column.

Along the lines of bio pages, it’s too bad the trend of doing biographies for producers and other behind-the-scenes staffers never really caught on.
