As first broke by NewscastStudio at NAB 2008, Stephen Arnold has launched a new indie styled news music package.

The 15 themed music collection was developed for local stations to use during their newscasts and features live, album-style music recorded with an array of independent musicians, a complete change from the programmed music typical to most news media today.”

The new package represents a shift in directions for Stephen Arnold Music as they continue to differenite themselves in a crowded market.

Our tagline with the Indie Band News package is ‘listen to what your viewers are listening to,” said Stephen Arnold. “This music package is different from anything else traditionally characteristic to television news today. It’s genuine live music that reflects what audiences are listening to on their own radios and MP3 players. I am confident that both stations and their viewers are going to love it.”

This new indie styled package comes only weeks after 615 Music introduced Moving Forward.

It will be interesting to see if this package reaches a new demographic and strikes a chord with viewers. For a demo of this new package visit: http://www.stephenarnoldmusic.com/indie/
