MSNBC.com preps homepage for big day

MSNBC.com has changed the lower news box of its site to display a countdown to when live election results will start appearing. The other “news of the day” appears below this and an additional square-ish banner ad occupies the expanded space to the right where a narrow promo banner usually lives.
