KMIZ-TV, the ABC affiliate in Columbia/Jefferson City, Mo., issued a text message alert with the results of the Super Bowl Sunday evening with the correct winner and final score, but changed the name of the losing team to the “46ers.”

The station followed that with a correction that got the team names and score right, but gave the victory to the wrong team. Finally, the station followed up with another text with the correct team names, correct scores and correct winner.
