Another new site for Bay Area station

San Francisco’s KRON-TV rolled out a new WordPress powered site recently.

Thankfully, this site is not a WIX site, like the previous station site.

The new site looks like the standard television station site: big rotator, lots of categories, lots of smaller news boxes and some advertisement placements that aren’t very thought-out.

The site also relies on YouTube for all of its video hosting. This is a good thing and a bad thing. YouTube is the second biggest search engine, so this allows more eyes to see the stories. Unforunately, it makes the station look cheap.
