CNN’s placed its anchor team in front of a video wall image of the earth’s horizon, while using a variety of configurations to show multiple video feeds on screen, including what it called the “Eclipse Cam” — live views of the event taken from various locations across the country.

CNN also used its augmented reality technology to place talent amidst a virtual sun, earth and moon.
