CNN Newsroom debuts new graphics, music

CNN’s dayside news program “Newsroom” debuted a new look over the Labor Day weekend.

Debuting Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, the new look retains the logo created in 2015, but adds more colored bands, dot texture and glass elements. 

The new look is also accompanied by updated music, with a more aggressive beat.

Overall, the updated look appears more urgent on screen, compared to the previous.
