Network newscasts cover dramatic day of Kavanaugh-Ford testimony

Jeff Glor, anchor of “CBS Evening News” was also in Washington Thursday evening.

In a somewhat rare move, the network dedicated all of its teases to the Kavanaugh hearing. In addition, the entire 60-second “headlines” segment was devoted to Kavanaugh related stories.

Glor anchored the broadcast from CBS’s Washington studios, with the vertical video panels behind him showing a cityscape scene.
