To mark Martin Luther King Jr. Day, “CBS This Morning” asked King’s family members to read parts of one of his most notable sermons.

King’s children Bernice King and Martin Luther King III, and his granddaughter, Yolanda King, read part of the civil rights icon’s “The American Dream” sermon that was originally delivered at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta in 1965.

The segment interwove audio of Martin Luther King Jr. along with his family members with historic photos and on-screen graphics highlighting key portions of the text appearing on screen.
