CNN adapted its “America’s Choice” look for the occasion, with a bit of added glitz, namely in the form of gold stars in an animated version of the presidential seal that ran before the title card.

Curved, glassier elements were also visible.

Sister network HLN had a unique stinger as well.

Fox

Fox Media’s cable channel tweaked its “Democracy 2020” look by adding in the elegant serif font Trajan, but seemed perhaps the most restrained of all networks.

The Fox broadcast network also carried coverage with a similar open.
