NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and Telemundo Station Group are launching a monthly series of bilingual voter‑education phone banks.
The initiative, which includes the Hispanic Federation serving as the inaugural 2026 partner, will provide nonpartisan voter education and information, including voter registration.
Lines will be open on the second Tuesday of each month through November 2026 from noon to 9:30 p.m. Eastern time.
“As the nation’s leading media company serving U.S. Hispanics, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises is committed to providing vital information to our community through our award-winning community impact initiative, El Poder En Ti,” said Luis Rosero, vice president, corporate and external affairs, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, in a statement.
The effort complements Telemundo’s “El Poder En Ti” (“The Power in You”) social responsibility platform and is aimed at providing audiences with essential information, tools and civic resources that empower viewers to participate in the electoral process.
The phone bank and voter-education campaign will be featured in newscasts across the Telemundo-owned stations throughout the day, and during segments of “Noticias Telemundo.”
Information will be available from live bilingual representatives at 866-432-9832.
