Brainstorm Suite 7 integrates virtual production tools on single workstation
Brainstorm, a manufacturer of real-time graphics and virtual production solutions, will launch the latest version of its platform, Brainstorm Suite 7, at NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas. The company will exhibit at booth N2352 from April 19 to 22.
Suite 7 combines Brainstorm’s flagship products: InfinitySet, a virtual, extended reality (XR), and augmented reality (AR) production tool; Aston, a real-time 2D and 3D motion graphics designer; and Edison, a platform for immersive virtual and AR live events. These applications run on Brainstorm’s eStudio render engine, which has also been updated in this release.
According to Miguel Churruca, marketing and communications director at Brainstorm, Suite 7 aims to improve efficiency and workflows for users creating virtual content. The platform supports dual GPU workstations to enhance performance while reducing hardware footprint and energy consumption.
The suite offers integration between eStudio and Unreal Engine, enabling simultaneous output of multiple camera feeds from a single workstation. This architecture supports virtual studio setups, set extensions, and multiple AR objects using one render node.
InfinitySet and Aston include enhanced interoperability and new video wall management features, such as animated presets and interaction logic between templates. InfinitySet now supports 360-degree output per render, facilitating content creation for virtual reality glasses.
Edison introduces new features including QuickStart and Teleporter for automatic talent tracking with 4K cameras. It also offers a lite version called Eddie, designed for educational use while maintaining access to the Edison ecosystem.
Brainstorm emphasizes the platform’s focus on hardware and software efficiency as part of its commitment to sustainability. The company highlights the role of virtual environments in broadcast, film, live events, and audiovisual production.
