Telestream expands interoperability with Grass Valley AMPP ecosystem for live and file-based workflows

Contributed Content / Press Release April 14, 2026

Telestream has announced a strategic collaboration with Grass Valley to integrate Telestream’s workflow automation, processing, and monitoring solutions with Grass Valley’s Agile Media Processing Platform (AMPP).

The integration includes Telestream Vantage for file-based workflow orchestration, Pulse for end-to-end observability, and Telestream UP for cloud-native media processing, combined with AMPP’s software-defined production platform for live and distributed workflows.

The collaboration aims to support hybrid media operations by enabling scalable and interoperable workflows across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This integration builds on existing connections between Telestream Vantage, DIVA, and Grass Valley solutions, extending capabilities to include Telestream UP and Pulse within AMPP-based workflows.

Grass Valley’s Framelight X, a browser-native, story-centric environment, plays a central role in the integrated ecosystem by managing the full content lifecycle from capture to publishing. The platform integrates with various technologies such as storage, graphics, artificial intelligence services, automation, and distribution. Telestream’s automation, processing, captioning, and quality control functions extend the ecosystem to enable automatic processing and delivery of content at scale.

Both companies emphasize support for hybrid and cloud-native deployments, allowing customers to optimize workflows for performance, cost, and operational needs. The partnership reflects a hybrid-first approach to infrastructure, combining on-premises systems, private infrastructure, and public cloud environments.

Telestream and Grass Valley plan to continue their collaboration with additional integrations and joint innovations across their platforms.
