MSNBC using new election graphics

MSNBC is using new graphics for its “Decision 2008” coverage. It’s interesting to note that these graphics are rather simplistic, using white as a dominant color, which is similar to graphics CNN is using.
The new graphics do a good job of transitioning between lower thirds and voter data without cluttering the screen too much. A new bug is incorporated into these graphics with a wide red “LIVE” bug above it.
By the way, does anyone else find it annoying how MSNBC plays music over full-screen results screens while the anchors are talking?
