‘Nightly’ makes L3 slipup

It happens fairly frequently in local news, but you don’t see it too often on the networks: an errant lower third popping up on screen. But it happened Monday night on the east coast feed of “NBC Nightly News” during a story on product sizes and prices when a lower third sporting Chris Jansing’s name appeared on screen briefing instead of a teaser to the Nightly Web site.
