KREX-TV launches new studio and graphics in HD

KREX-TV, the CBS affiliate serving western Colorado, has launched their newly constructed studio in HD.

KREX-TV suffered an estimated $6 million fire in 2008 which destroyed their entire building and infrastructure. After the fire the owner group pledged to build a “state of the art media and news gathering operation.”

The new building features a new HD studio designed by Devlin Design Group with a syndicated graphics package produced by VDO. You may recognize the graphics, as they match the graphics debuted earlier this year at KOMU-TV.
