KTVQ-TV, the CBS affiliate in Billings, Mont., is preparing a new set from Devlin Design Group.
The new set has some similarities to the set a Syracuse’s WSYR-TV, including wide swaths of duratrans, backlit panels and backlit borders surrounding the backgrounds.
